Reiki is a form of healing that helps the mind, body, and spirit restore and maintain balance.
I'm so happy and especially proud of myself to have accomplished my goal of becoming a Reiki Master.
I learned about this wonderful technique when I started practicing yoga and learned about Chakras well over 10 years ago.
My studies of the Chakras and methods to balance them led me to Reiki. It was so amazing to me and was something that I always wanted to learn because of its ability to heal.
Learning Reiki was on my vision board back then and it seemed so elusive.
Years ago I couldn't find out a lot about Reiki locally. Looking back it wasn't my time.
I wanted to learn it not just for healing, but for the awareness and connection to spirit that it creates. Last year I found a course and jumped at the opportunity to really study Reiki, along with yoga and other types of intuitive modalities.
I studied Usui Ryoho Reiki so that I could truly help people transform their lives through coaching and energy healing.
You may know about the time I struggled with depression. A lot of what helped me heal and overcome depression were the things I use in my healing business today like aromatherapy, Reiki, and Crystal Therapy.
What I learned from everything I went through is that healing and change take place holistically. I've gone on to study other types of Reiki, including Karuna Ki, Grief Reiki, Money Reiki, and Aset Ka.
Learning these different types of Reiki, gives me the freedom and flexibility to customize sessions for clients and choose the energy healing that's more aligned with their needs.
Adding Reiki and other intuitive modalities gives me the chance to truly made a difference in the lives of others.
What I love most about being a Reiki Master is that I can help people anywhere because the energy is not bound by time or space.
It's truly amazing and if you haven't experienced any type of energy healing I recommend that you try it. There are numerous methods like massage therapy, acupressure, reflexology, yoga, and tai chi.
I became a Reiki Master because I want to help people heal.
