Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy exists from a place of love and integrity. Due to the nature of my work once a product or service is purchased, all sales are final.

If you have paid for a service, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

This policy goes for all products and services offered on www.jovhannahtisdale.com

If you purchased a membership to the LOVED Community, this is a monthly subscription. You must cancel 14 days prior to the monthly renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, the subscription will remain active and no refund is offered.

Refunds

Once your service or product is purchase and/or received, no refunds are offered.

If there is a problem with your order or service, please contact me so that I can work with you to find an aligned and fair resolution.

Shipping returns

Currently I do not offer goods that are shipped to your home. When physical products are available to ship, this section will be updated accordingly.
