The Kulture Spa was born from my desire to be a beacon of healing and to bring transformative wellness services to those seeking more balance, clarity, and joy. Through my work, I guide others to release pain, align with their highest selves, and live abundantly—all #forthekulture.

Outside of my practice, you can find me enjoying a good book, sipping tea, connecting with crystals, exploring tarot, or diving into my journals. I love learning, traveling, and indulging in tacos! Based in Wake Forest, North Carolina, I’m also the proud mom of two amazing daughters who inspire me every day.
